Our team has significant experience in authorization and clearance procedures with competent authorities in M&A transactions, in investigations by the National Markets and Competition Commission and in complex proceedings in EU courts.

We are well established in Brussels since opening an office there in 1986, which gives us an excellent platform for interacting directly with EU institutions. We also have strong teams in Madrid, Barcelona and Lisbon, and through our network of offices on the Iberian Peninsula, we can assist our clients quickly and at any location in dawn raids.
