Ignacio Escrivá de Romaní regularly advises on securities market transactions (including initial public offerings, takeover bids and equity issuance) and advises listed companies on commercial law.

He is an expert in M&A transactions, corporate law, and national and international corporate group restructuring. He has participated in many distressed transactions, involving the issuance of hybrid and blended instruments, such as warrants and convertible bonds. He is secretary non-director of several companies.

He lectures on private equity and capital markets at Universidad de Navarra and in the Expert Course on Corporate Governance and M&A Transactions at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He lectures in the Master in Corporate Restructuring at the Madrid Bar Association.

He has lectured at the Fundación Rafael del Pino in the master program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. He has also collaborated with Villanueva University Center and Afi School of Finance, speaking about M&A and corporate law matters.
